Have you ever imagined spending a night above the clouds in Seoul? Today, I’d like to introduce my personal stay at Signiel Seoul, a five-star luxury hotel located inside the iconic Lotte World Tower. With panoramic Han River views and calm, graceful service, this was not just accommodation — it was a rare moment of peace above the city lights.
1, First Impression, Touching the Sky at Signiel Seoul
Signiel Seoul occupies the 76th to 101st floors of Lotte World Tower, the tallest building in Korea. As the elevator ascended, my ears popped slightly — then the view of the city unfolded beneath me like a living map.
The lobby was filled with a subtle, elegant scent, and the staff greeted guests with quiet professionalism. At that moment, I knew this would be a truly special stay.

2, City Lights from the Room
I stayed in the Premier Double City View Room (46 m²), and the scene through the window was breathtaking — the Han River shimmering under sunset, and Namsan Tower visible far in the distance.
Every detail of Signiel Seoul reflected calm luxury: soft lighting, marble bathrooms, and an exceptionally comfortable bed. That night, I left the curtains open and enjoyed a cup of tea while watching the city glow beneath me.

3, Michelin-Inspired Breakfast & Dining
Breakfast is served at STAY, a French restaurant by Michelin-star chef Yannick Alléno.
The morning sunlight streamed through floor-to-ceiling windows while classical music played softly in the background.
Freshly baked croissants, eggs cooked to order, and Korean side dishes were beautifully presented. Among them, the warm soup and seasoned vegetables — simple yet refined — were my favorites.
4, Wellness Above the Clouds
The wellness zone of Signiel Seoul is on the 85th floor, featuring an infinity pool and a fully equipped fitness center. At night, the reflection of city lights on the water created a dreamy, almost cinematic scene.
I also tried the Evian Spa, which uses natural mineral products from Switzerland. The treatment was gentle yet effective — I could literally feel my fatigue melt away.
5, Nearby Attractions Around Signiel Seoul
One of the best things about Signiel Seoul is its location. Right outside the hotel, you can visit Lotte World Mall for shopping and entertainment, then take a peaceful walk around Seokchon Lake, where the tower’s reflection glimmers on the water.
If you head a little farther, Seoul Sky Observatory offers a 360-degree skyline view, and Olympic Park Seoul provides wide green spaces perfect for morning walks. It’s an ideal itinerary that combines urban luxury and nature in one day.

6, Local Dining, Jogaejin Shellfish Restaurant
Just five minutes on foot from the hotel is Jogaejin, a famous local seafood restaurant.
Their Shellfish Hot Pot (₩49,000 for 2 people) was rich, savory, and full of ocean aroma.
The broth was deep and refreshing, and the handmade noodles soaked up the flavor perfectly.
It’s a warm, authentic Korean dining experience that pairs beautifully with the luxury of your stay.
7, Afternoon Break, Café Drawing by Seokchon Lake
For dessert or a relaxing afternoon, visit Café Drawing, located right beside Seokchon Lake. Through the wide glass windows, you can enjoy the peaceful lake view while sipping your coffee.
Their signature Drawing French Toast (₩21,900) is buttery, fluffy, and beautifully plated.
As I sat by the window with my latte, I realized how wonderful it is to slow down in the middle of Seoul’s busy rhythm.
